Sean Toland

Sean started with Rubadue Wire in 2003. During his time, he has held various positions including Quality Manager, Director of Operations, and currently President of Rubadue Wire and EVP-Operations of Wire Experts Group. Sean believes in the value of continual learning, and throughout his time at Rubadue he has put that belief into practice by obtaining his Six Sigma Black Belt, ISCEA Certified Lean Master, and MBA. When not focused on the next step of Rubadue’s journey in the wires and cables industry, Sean loves to hike Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks, travel the globe in search of the perfect hiking trail, and volunteer in youth sports.
